Some pictures from our most recent production

First was Sequence of Events written by George McEwen Green and directed by Marianne Potts. This was our festival entry and won Audience Award and Best Technical Awards at the Eastleigh Drama Festival.

This play is a fascinating chopped time "Sequence of Events" set in Edwardian London involving the murder of a prostitute by a young man Claude Vole. The Hangman tells the story of the events leading up to the murder and the effect this has on his parents.

Jeff Berryman, as the Hangman, was named Best Actor.

Our second play was Background Artiste written by Stephen Smith and directed by Sheila Hardiman.

Mary is considering a change of career, that of background artiste, or extra. She finds that show business life is not all glamour and that people aren't always what they seem!

Note the Chameleons starring on the back wall!

Last was Perfect Partners written by Alan Richardson and directed by Norma Hester.

Edwina and Jonathan Lovelock run a dating agency. Suddenly a journalist starts asking questions. What secrets will he uncover? This is a sparkily amusing play combining a satirical glimpse of the cynical yet romantic world of dating agencies with a witty and touching personal drama.

Dave Leland who played the father in Sequence of Events had a rapid change to appear in Perfect Partners too!
